Coffee and Walnut Fudge.
A creamier fudge. You can taste the real coffee in this fudge, deliciously complimented by the Indian walnuts. Made with Fair Trade filtered coffee.

Coconut and Stem Ginger Fudge.
'Fabulous', 'beautiful'. Just some of the great comments made by people tasting this fudge at our stall. It truely has the 'wow' factor. It illicits the loudest 'Mmms' of any of our fudges and is my (the bosses) personal favourite.

Caramel Fudge.
We make the caramel that flavours this fudge ourselves. Mouth wateringly delicious. This was Preston's (of Chantelle and Preston) choice when they both turned up at our stall at a Farmer's Market in Brighton.

Banoffee Fudge.
This is basically a caramel fudge with fresh whole organic banana added for flavour. If you're expecting the kind of banoffee flavouring you get from a supermarket desert. Forget it! This is the real thing. Another popular choice by our tasters.

Caramel and Brazil Nut Fudge.
Caramelized sugar always compliments the earthy flavour of a Brazil Nut whether it be in a toffee, a brittle or a fudge and the extra creaminess of all that milk and butter adds another dreamy dimension.

Belgian Chocolate Fudge.
The addition of Belgian chocolate gives this fudge a smoother, chocolaty texture. A fuller, creamier flavour than a fudge simply flavoured with just cocoa. Contains organic Belgian chocolate and Fair Trade organic cocoa.

Belgian Chocolate Baileys Fudge.
This is the latest addition to our flavours. Made with organic Belgian chocolate and Bailey's Irish Cream. This is another favourite in tastings. Well, it's got booze in it...


Belgian Chocolate Orange Fudge.
This is our Belgian chocolate fudge with the addition of orange oil for flavour. Do you remember your favourite Smartie? This is especially popular with kids and grown up kids!

Praline Fudge. We use only confectionery grade hazlenuts, roasted and chopped just prior to adding to the fudge with some hazlenut paste and nibbed caramelized hazlenuts for added crunch. Tastes like a praline.
